My coaching approach is holistic, focusing on the interplay between your energy, mindset, actions, and spirit to create meaningful and lasting change. By helping you raise your overall energy and align it with your specific goals, we address the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of your life in a way that supports growth, resilience, and fulfillment.
Core Energy Coaching™
In our coaching together, I focus on helping you understand and shift your energy so you can create the life you truly want. PSYCHOLOGICAL ENERGY is the driving force behind how you think, feel, and act. By becoming more aware of your energy and learning how to adjust it, you can increase the mental and emotional capacity you bring to your goals, relationships, and challenges.
I work with you in 2 key areas:
1-YOUR OVERALL ENERGY: this is about raising your average energy—how you show up in everyday life. We’ll explore what’s holding you back, redefine beliefs and values that don’t serve you anymore, and build new ways of thinking that support your growth. This is the foundation for feeling more energized and engaged in life.
2-YOUR ENERGY FOR SPECIFIC GOALS: when you’re working on something important—whether it’s a project, a relationship, or a big decision—I’ll help you look at what might be affecting your energy in that moment. We’ll explore areas like your mindset, emotions, physical health, and even how you communicate with others. I’ll guide you in developing tools and skills to improve these areas and feel more confident and capable.
How will I know if this coaching works for me?
An Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI™) assessment will be given at the start and end of the coaching relationship. ACTION-Oriented Sessions
Once your energy is aligned and flowing freely, we shift our focus to actionable steps. Here’s how I support you in this phase:
DESIGNING a CLEAR PLAN: we’ll work together to outline a practical and achievable roadmap for your goals. This includes defining specific steps that align with your values and priorities. While creating a basic plan can be straightforward, I specialize in helping you go deeper—crafting a plan that is fully aligned with your purpose and reflects the person you aspire to become. Together, we’ll design a strategy that not only guides your actions but also inspires and empowers you at every step.
REMOVING BARRIERS to ACTION: as we design your plan, we’ll identify potential challenges and proactively address them, ensuring resources and support are in place so nothing derails your progress. We won’t just create a plan; we’ll build a meta-plan that highlights potential blind spots or pitfalls, providing visibility and resilience to navigate through them.
BECOMING your ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER: The Department of Psychology at the Dominican University of California found that sharing your goals with someone and scheduling regular meetings to discuss progress can boost your chances of success by 78% (1). I’ll provide the structure and support you need to stay on track. Whether it’s regular check-ins, reminders, or follow-up conversations, I’ll help ensure you follow through on your commitments.

By celebrating together, we’ll trigger regular dopamine releases, reinforcing the behaviors that led to your achievements. MINDFULNESS-Enabled Sustainable Results
Achieving lasting change requires more than just setting goals; it demands the cultivation of new mental habits that support your desired growth. The Positive Intelligence® coaching approach integrates mindfulness practices to help you establish these habits, ensuring sustainable progress toward your objectives.
Central to this process is the use of a DEDICATED PHONE APP (see link below) designed to train your brain in forming new neural pathways. This app guides you through daily exercises that enhance your mental fitness by focusing on 3 CORE MENTAL MUSCLES:
1-SABOTEUR INTERCEPTOR MUSCLE: identifies and intercepts negative thought patterns—known as Saboteurs—that generate stress, self-doubt, and other negative emotions. By recognizing these patterns, you can disrupt their influence on your behavior.
2-SELF-COMMAND MUSCLE: strengthens your ability to shift focus from negative to positive neural regions. Through simple daily exercises, you learn to command your mind, reducing the impact of negative emotions and enhancing self-control.
3-SAGE MUSCLE: cultivates the part of your brain that handles challenges with a clear and calm mind, accessing positive emotions and creative problem-solving abilities. This muscle empowers you to approach obstacles as opportunities for growth.
